Create a Profile: The profile is where you enter your basic information, such as contact information. You can complete a profile and the admissions process at https/


During this step, please enter our CSP# as a reference. CSP# 963992.


Background Check: All Independent Business Owners (that would be us) and their agents (that means you) will be required to have a background check*. Requirements regarding the impact of background checks may vary from project to project.The current rate (as of 5/13/2017) is $7.95.

Read & Sign: Read and sign a non-disclosure agreement to access client names and details.


Join the Arise Network: This is where you will have the opportunity to enter our IBO ID# to join the AFC Staffing. team. Our IBO# is 68995. Once you enter this code you will click on the magnifying glass icon to submit your option. Once you have completed this step, your account will then be reviewed and if approved you will be able to move on to the next step.

Read & Sign: Once more the system will prompt you to read and sign a non-disclosure agreement as well as a waiver to be placed in your file. Once you have completed this step please notify us to finalize your application.


Select a Client Program: You have the flexibility to choose the client program that you would like to service. Our clients include many Fortune 500 companies such as major telecommunications, cruise lines and the world’s largest online retailer. After discussing the options with us as well as the pay for each client opportunity, you will have the ability to select and enroll in the client opportunity that best fits your needs and skill set.

Please Note: Each client offers a certification course that must be passed in order to begin servicing. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses that provide information on the client’s systems that you will be using to service, as well as the requirements for the program. Most come with a fee that ranges from $9.99 - $249.00. However, there are vouchers and waivers available for those who may qualify. Please inquire on how you can qualify for these benefits.


 Certify in a Client Program: For each client program, you must complete the certification course where you will learn in detail about the client program, including the performance metrics and the client’s systems that you will use during servicing. This will be considered the certification period where most of our clients will not offer revenue.


Execute a Contract: You and Arise will execute a Statement of Work (SOW) for each client program you choose to service. You may only service 3 clients at one time, however, you are not authorized to certify for more than one client at once. Once the Statement of Work (SOW) is signed, you will then be a proud member of the AFC Staffing team and can begin to service and earn revenue.

What types of positions are available?

    The type of work you will be doing from your virtual home office as a Virtual Home Agent, is receive “inbound’ customer service and support calls for major companies. Online certification opportunities will be available through our many client instructors.


Who determines the project or client that I work with?


      You do! Our client will post “opportunities” and you will then express interest in the one that you feel fits your needs and skill set. You decide which clients you wish to service by completing the required online certification training.


Can I live anywhere and contract with AFC Staffing?


     There are a few states we do not service at this time.

     However all other states within the United States are permitted to service via our virtual call center.


Why should I become a member of AFC Staffing ?

     We provide a very unique opportunity to become financially independent on your own. Our mission is to turn customer service around by teaming up with highly motivated and dedicated individuals who desire a company who works with them, not by yourself, and to operate and succeed with a virtual work-at-home office. As a “Virtual Home Agent” and a member of AFC Staffing, we will support you through the entire process of getting started, training, certifications, system requirements, hardware and software. We will also recommend which clients may be best suited for you, mentor and coach you as needed to ensure you become a successful Virtual Home Office Agent. We are always available 24/7 should you need us.


Do I require a credit check or background check?


     Although AFC Staffing does not run a credit check, there is a national background check required. The fee for the background check is only $7.95 and is paid directly to the vendor. All applicants must successfully pass the background check before proceeding to the next step. The background check does NOT include a credit report, so your credit history will not be a factor.

             The background check fee is reimbursed for those who qualify. Please ask me how to qualify!


How long is the online training and will get paid during training?


    Your online client certification training will run anywhere from 2 days up to 30+ days, depending on which client you will be working with. Online classes usually run 4-6 hours per day and are normally held on weekdays only. You will not be paid during the course of the certification training; however some of our clients may offer certification bonuses of up to $350.00 once you have completed certain requirements with a few who offer revenue towards the end of the training course.


How much money can I earn through my virtual home office?


     Your pay rates vary from client-to-client, the average hourly rate you will be paid will be from $8.00 up to $16.00 per hour.  You will have no commuting time, no cost for gas, you’ll save money from not buying lunches or a fancy new wardrobe. You choose the number of hours, times and days you want to work! As long as they meet the minimal rate required by the client then schedule as many or as little as desired. You hold the keys to your future in financial freedom!


I know you are a Virtual Staffing Company, so how much are your fees?


      All revenue and bonuses are paid on our master contract from our client. You will receive your contract rate, which will be paid per interval/per call minute serviced (based on the client you service) less our staffing fee of $20 per invoice (This fee is waived for qualifying employees). In addition, our clients charge AFC Staffing a service fee ($19.75) per virtual office agent and a $4 direct deposit fee. All service fees will be deducted from your payroll.


Below is an example of a typical pay check.

Gross agent earnings due ($12.00 x 80 hours) $960.00


Gross earnings less the ($20.00) agent staffing fee $940.00

 (This fee is waived for qualifying employees)

Net pay check (less $19.75 client service fee/$4 direct deposit fee) $916.25


Total monthly income (2 x $916.25) will be $1832.50*


     In this example your Annual Income would be $21,990.00. If you add in the cost of commuting in your vehicle, gas and maintenance (annual estimated cost of $6,512.00), lunches @ $5 per day = $1,300.00 annual; this does not include Starbucks or Paradise Bakery, which could add another $5-$10 per day!


     That alone would be $9,112.00 per year never mind the cost of daycare which could add anywhere from $8,000-$15,000 per year.

     Offset your staffing fees, by referring Virtual Call Center Agents. All agents are paid on a 1099, so no taxes are deducted.


     You decide how many hours you spend servicing client inbound calls. If you have a full-time job and can only work a few hours in the evening and/or on the weekends that’s fine.
